The Key to Service and Reliability

Reading Time: 3 minutes“When I needed a reliable, natural gas generator, Mesa offered the ideal solution for my remote location. It was much safer, and more convenient, than flying my kite in a lightning storm to generate power.” – Benjamin Franklin I should probably check my history books, because the source of that quote seems unreliable. The statement about Mesa generators being reliable is accurate. But the rest? Let’s just say the “key in the lighting storm” idea is a pretty cool way to generate power, but not exactly OSHA approved. And the probability of Ben Franklin getting stuck by lightning on purpose remains, at best, debatable.    Still, it raises a fair question: what kind of a world do we live in where we can’t even believe an overwhelmingly trustworthy source like the internet? Does it ever feel like the world today has become increasingly unreliable? It used to be possible to trust what you read online. Right? Mesa “Reliable” Service Solutions When it comes to providing power systems for healthcare, data centers, or even essential services like grocery stores and banks,

Mesa Natural Gas Engines: More Power, Made Here

Reading Time: 3 minutesAt Mesa Power Solutions we have several gearheads on staff. From the casual observer to the sit-down-shut-up-‘n-hang-on race car builder, a love of engines is a passion we all seem to share. Now, we are not ripping down the road in 10-second Hondas and Camaros. The closest we get to that adrenaline rush is when the GPS “arrival time” drops by one minute. (Win!) No, we tend to keep the racing to the spec sheet around here, although there are rumors of clandestine desk chair drags out behind the building on weekends. (Allegedly of course.) Ready For Something Entirely New? Mesa is one of the few natural gas generator companies in North America to develop and bring to market a brand-new engine. What would cause us to make the leap into the extremely competitive world of engine design and manufacture? We take great pride in creating a superior product built to the “Mesa Standard.” Internally, we guide our decisions based on this concept. All of our products reflect the exceptional employees at the heart of this organization, and we think

PowerCore powering the Death Star

BYOP: Bring Your Own Power

Reading Time: 2 minutesRemember the Death Star? Yeah, that “small moon” designed by the Empire to destroy planets? The Death Star was essentially a sovereign, standalone outpost in the middle of space. Way off grid. It can make one wonder what they did to generate power out there. Did they rent? Was a microgrid set up in the basement? What kind of fuel powered the electrical generation equipment? And ultimately, why didn’t they put a rain cap on the exhaust port? My money is on natural gas generators providing power because all it took was one missile, down an exhaust port the size of a Wamp rat, to ignite the whole thing into a ball of flame and sparks. In the vacuum of space, no less. Natural gas is the most logical fuel source for powering the Death Star, as its clean burning characteristics would be compliant with imperial emissions regulations. Ultimately it led to its downfall, well, that and the ability of Luke Skywalker to guide missiles with his mind. So, what are the similarities between the Death Star and a data

Mesa Power Solutions: The Next Evolution of Natural Gas Generators

Reading Time: 2 minutesNew Name, Same Dependability You might be asking, what have we been up to in the last year? Innovation and progression rarely allow time for much else, and we have been exceptionally busy, um, innovating and progressing.    We changed our name, updated our website, and are on the cusp of releasing some exciting new power solutions. We will be discussing many of them in the coming weeks right here, so make sure to join our email list for current, industry specific, information. Get the inside scoop on Mesa natural gas generators at CONEXPO! If you want to see us, come by booth #S26035 at CONEXPO-CON/AGG March 3-7 2026. By the time you read this we will be set up and ready to talk about what Mesa natural gas generators have to offer to your data center, AI, or industrial project. (Be sure and tell the sales team we sent you!)     In the event you are not able to make it to Vegas, we wanted to provide a snapshot of current and future projects we are working on in
