Through dedicated hiring, mentorship, and advancement programs, Mesa helps veterans thrive in civilian roles while continuing their mission of service and leadership.
Mesa is proud to partner with the Federal SkillBridge Program, which supports active duty service members as they transition into civilian life. As part of this initiative, we have developed an assembly and shop technician internship program based in San Antonio, TX, and Pleasanton, TX.
This hands-on internship offers valuable training and real-world experience in our day-to-day operations, providing service members with a clear pathway to civilian employment in a supportive and skilled environment. Interns will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining knowledge in mechanical assembly, quality control, and safety procedures.
From the U.S. Department of Labor—recognizing employers that demonstrate leadership in recruiting, employing, and retaining veterans.
