How We Give Back

Service

Mesa employees contribute thousands of volunteer hours each year to nonprofits and community projects. In 2025 alone, our teams supported 43 nonprofits and donated over $80,000 to the communities where we live and work.

Wellness

Our signature monthly internal challenge combines wellness and philanthropy. Departments compete in exercise and volunteerism, with each volunteer hour translating into $50 toward their chosen charity. This unique program promotes employee well-being while directly benefiting local causes.

Community Support

Beyond organized programs, Mesa empowers employees to support causes that matter personally—whether it’s sponsoring a 5K, donating to a youth sports league, or contributing to a local charity initiative. This employee-led flexibility ensures our giving reflects the passions of our people.
