The world loves Tom Hanks
And how could you not?
He is one of the most versatile actors of his generation and is still going strong like 100 years later.
Remember Bosom Buddies? Classic.
He has played astronauts, a cowboy, castaway, Captain in the army, and even Mister Rogers. My personal favorite is “Joe Vs. The Volcano” where he plays a fellow who is suddenly stricken with a “brain cloud” and agrees to jump into a volcano. Trust me, it is much better than it sounds.
Tom Hanks has lasted in the entertainment industry much longer than many of his contemporaries simply due to his ability to adapt to just about any role out there. Regardless of how you feel about Tom Hanks one thing is for certain, the man is a versatile, yet reliable, actor. You generally know what you are going to get when seeing a movie with Tom Hanks as the headliner. He gives exactly what the role requires. With his added Tom Hanks-ness thrown in because we love the guy and it’s why we go see his movies in the first place.
What exactly do Tom Hanks and Mesa natural gas generators have in common?
Adaptability, versatility, and reliability.
Power Generation in the Olden Days
Back in the previous century, power generation meant one thing: your equipment either met your demands, or it didn’t. The only alternative was to make the best of the situation. The power grid, while still not fully developed, was more than adequate to power most day-to-day operations. Currently, however, power demand for industries like oil and gas, data centers, and large-scale AI infrastructure far outpaces any conventional power grid capabilities.
This type of environment dictates power demands to be met instantaneously, utilizing switch gear and power management systems. In today’s power climate, versatility matters, adaptability is king and at Mesa we offer the whole package.
The Versatility of The Mesa Platform
A Mesa natural gas generator was originally designed to be deployed into far-flung locations with little to no support and serviced by our fleet of field techs, kind of like a guy stuck on a remote island with nothing but a deflated volleyball and an ice skate. They didn’t need much beyond the occasional check-up and could run for hundreds of hours without problem. Many of those generators are still out there, reliably running day and night, in the middle of nowhere.
As the market evolved (see our previous article about BYOP here) our engineering team expanded the platform’s adaptability. Today we offer mobile generators, PowerCore stationary units, and we are developing a brand-new approach to data center power generation. We even offer stand-alone, 22-liter engines, designed in-house if you would like to build your own generator!
Multiple Generator Configurations for Diverse Environments
Pick a location and Mesa Power Solutions has a configuration for it. With AI reshaping the entire landscape, adaptability is going to be the key to the future. We are actively creating solutions that work on large-scale operations just as effectively as they can for an edge data center, or a single pump jack in southern Oklahoma. Mesa Power Solutions is standing by to offer power generation no matter how large or small your project.
We are going to give you exactly what you expect.
If you think your project could benefit from a natural gas generator, reach out to our sales team. We will give you a consistent power experience: just responsible reliable power.
